For contact and quotations, SmartAF uses only name, contact preference, email or phone, town or postcode, a broad home question and message. Do not share passwords, tokens, camera images, exact presence patterns or medical data.

Pre-release: the responsible legal entity, postal address, business email, suppliers and final retention periods will be completed before active data collection.
Purposes
Data is used for contact, quotes, installation, operation, support, security, invoicing and legal duties. Presence and sensor data is not used for advertising profiles.
Sharing and security
Data is shared only with necessary providers under appropriate agreements or when legally required. SmartAF uses access controls, encrypted connections and minimal logging.
Retention and rights
Contact data is kept no longer than needed; administration for the legal period. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where the law grants that right.
